What the service is
Mudhalidu is a portfolio tracking and research tool for Indian equity investors. It aggregates your holdings across brokers, fetches public market data and generates AI research summaries, risk scores and price ranges.
Not investment advice
Nothing in the product is personalised investment advice, a solicitation or a recommendation to buy or sell a security. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Your account
Keep your login method secure and do not share access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use; automated scraping or resale of the analysis output is not permitted.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach access controls, overload the service, reverse-engineer protected components, upload unlawful content, or use the platform to mislead other investors.
Your data
You retain ownership of the holdings you import. You may export, edit or delete them at any time. Handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and third-party data
The service is provided on an as-is basis without uptime or accuracy guarantees. Market data, news and AI output come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Features may change or be discontinued.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its output.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and you may stop using the service and delete your data at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
