What we collect
Account identifiers you sign in with (email address, Google or Apple account identifier, or mobile number for OTP login), the holdings you import or enter manually (symbol, quantity, average cost, broker), your settings such as monthly investment budget, and the analysis our engine generates for your holdings.
How we use it
Your data is used only to run portfolio tracking, live price lookups, scheduled research runs and the alerts shown inside the app. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your holdings for advertising or profiling.
Third-party services
We fetch public market data and news from third-party sources, and we send stock symbols to an AI model provider to generate research summaries. If you connect Google Sheets, your portfolio rows and daily logs are written to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. These providers process the data only to return the requested result.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so each account can read and write only its own rows. Server-side credentials are never exposed to the browser. Sign-in sessions are handled by our authentication provider.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any holding from the dashboard, unlink a login method from Account & Security, disconnect Google Sheets at any time, and request full deletion of your account and its data by contacting us.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage for your sign-in session and interface preferences only. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
